Yes, we are currently present in Delhi at three locations, in Ghitorni, Naraina and Karol Bagh. It carries a curated selection of riding gears and accessories. Please note that not all products listed on this website as in stock are available at the stores. We have multiple fulfilment points to service our online customers.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
No, we are currently shipping to Pan India locations.
Q) When will I get my stuff?
Orders once confirmed are processed within 3 working days. It usually takes 5-8 working days to reach you. Shipping to North-east states may take 10-12 working days.
It might take longer in certain cases, depending either due to location accessibility or factors beyond human control.
In certain cases, we might connect with you to seek additional information to verify the order. Thus, Riderz Planet reserves the right to place on hold/or cancel an order until it is verified. This is to ensure a safe and secure online experience.

Yes, we can. In order to place an order for something which you do not see in our catalogue, please fill up this Order Form with the relevant information and we’ll get back to you with availability and timelines.
Q) I received a wrong item. What do I do?
Sorry about that! Write to us at email@example.com and we’ll have it picked up from the address where it was delivered and the actual item will be shipped to you at the earliest.
Q) I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Our shipments go through a physical check before it leaves our warehouse, however there is a rare possibility that a product could get damaged during shipment. We request you to not accept damaged/tampered or open seal boxes in which case returns won’t be accepted.
